Recorded 6/29/2011. A few days before the release of patch 4.2, Dawn and Kinaesthesia are looking forward to the Firelands and speculate on the state of priests. Which healers need buffs? Which don't? Will priests make it out okay this tier? The pair also discuss the future of the Circle of Healing Podcast.
Dawn and Kinaesthesia take their own look at the tier 12 preview and consider the potential (or lack thereof) for each set bonus. Expectedly, they both agree on the quality of the two-piece, but the four-piece opens up old wounds for Kina. Is Blizzard really considering a second Lightwell for priests, or is there hope for something better?
Recorded 4/26/2011. Patch 4.2 is upon us and the Circle of Healers have a few things to say about ... Namely what kind of in game items they want to have named after themselves. Additionally, Dawn and Kina talk about crit, holy priests, and the risks of certain healers becoming overpowered if crit is buffed or if mana isn't kept in check.
Also, as usual, Kina makes a whole bunch of jokes that Dawn doesn't get.
Matt's recent conquest (pun intended) over heroic Magmaw spawns a question for Dawn and Kina: what heroic boss should Matt's guild kill next? The three priests examine the rest of the heroic bosses in tier 11 and come up with the best kill order for any guilds still working on the content.
Later Dawn asks Kina and Matt about their first raids and the three discuss Ragnaros' legs. Dawn also comes up with an amazing idea for a raid instance.
Episode 14 of the Circle of Healing Podcast wears sunglasses at night.
Dawn, Kinaesthesia, and Matticus take the floor for a Q & A session. On the table for discussion is how top raiders approach theorycrafting and how to maintain raider morale. Later Dawn and Kina suggest ways to find a "sweet spot" for throughput and mana regen based on the needs of your guild while Matticus touches on communities and how to contact high profile priests for help.
Matticus also masters being creepy and Kina has a cold.
